I have not been able to sleep all weekend. This CD has been on 24/7 rotation since I picked it up on Friday. The 10 songs on this album could have easily been the next NEW studio album. They are that good. Not a bad song in the bunch. Can Yarn please put out at least 1 bad song already? Lol This album has one great song after the next. This album has some great playing/picking from the whole band. It also has some great harmonies from Trevor. There is even a killer electric Mandolin solo from Andrew. ?Which is kind of rare for a studio album. Blake’s song writing is top notch and as good as anyone. Even some great fiddle playing from an unaccredited source. After the 1st song I had a new favorite tune. Then the 2nd song kicked in. Then the 3rd and so on. the final song reminds of a solo acoustic Ryan Adams tune. You guys and girls are going to love this album. It even comes with a small comic. I read somewhere that vol.2 may be out in the fall. FYI for those of you with kids Let Me In has a curse word in it. There are also the usual songs about drinking, drugs and heartache.

You can always count on me. Blake and co can write about the same subject over and over again. However they always make it sound fresh and keep me coming back for more. One of the songs has harmonies in it that remind me of the song In The Jungle The Mighty Jungle.
Thats the link tous posted. Just wait till you hear the full songs. This album has a homegrown organic feel to it. There are no bells and whistles or computers or auto tune. It's just simple tunes woven together by Yarns signature sound.
