   tous, check whatever email you have on record with archive. The most likely candidate is an md5 failure. This can often be a bug in the LMA upload system, IME. Sometimes you just need to kickstart the derive process manually or an admin may have to get involved. Email from the archive usually ends up in my spam folder.
   
   Try this first:
   
   Go to archive page for show.
   Click Edit Item on the left hand side below the download links.
   Select "Change the Information (metadata)"
   Click the blue "Item Manager" link just below the link to the show's page.
   Click the "Derive" button on the right under the Re-derive heading.
