Nice posts Reckless & Tennessee, happy holidays to you both and everyone else who is cool and reads this page.
In my totally prejudicial, and biased mind I think this was a great year for Yarn, in many ways. The album hit and it was a great effort, it certainly lived up to it's name. By early summer they were already playing new arrangements on a few of the tunes. That to me is not only incredible but shows confidence and maturity as a band. I certainly think that 2016 was a breakout year for them not only lyrically but instrumentally also. Besides the release of a new album we have been treated to a number of new songs. that once again are just incredible, never mind the fact there are 20 more or so we have yet to hear. Hurricane, Sioux City Gypsy, Weary, Heaven In You, Make me Feel are just a few and each of those songs blows me away. I was fortunate enough to see them a shit load of times this past year and I can without hesitation say they have shown me so much growth this year and it is at times unbelievable.
Totally agree with you Tennessee, we have been lucky enough to see Yarn in many different states and everywhere we have gone there are members of this family that are simply amazing and genuine good people. We look forward to meeting many more of them along the way. This is a great ride and we are glad to be on it with all of you. Thanks family, and thank you, Blake, Bobby Rod, Ricky for your music and bringing us all together. Happy New Year.
