Blake will do a solo opening set. Then a jam session with Ashley and Joey from Big Daddy Love, Bill Stevens (keys), Shane Pruitt (guitar) and Calvin napper (drums) will follow.
First time at High Rock and what a treat. Great venue and atmosphere, nice selection of beers although they were a little light on the IPA's but if you wanted high gravity this was the place, and the music was just amazing. Kept telling my friends that this band wasn't even a band and they were unbelievable. Blake led off with a super solo set filled with originals and Christmas sing alongs. Then the Super Jam band took over and just hit on every note. Some highlights were She Caught the Katy, One Way Out, Are You Sure Hank Done it This Way, and Shake Your Body Down to the Ground. Good to see some old 5g friends as well. Hopped was rolling tape and New Daddy Brouche made the event as well.

I got the first set. Jam didn't start until almost 11. 45 minutes from home on a Tuesday when I hadn't really recovered from two late night weekend shows meant I had to break down and go home.
