Another wonderful evening with the band in a great venue; very respectful crowd. Terrific group of folks to enjoy it with. I had a borrowed recorder and didn't realize that the 2G card wouldn't hold the whole show :(
CD2Go ran a portable with internal mics and got the board so hopefully he can do something with it.

Great news JGoods. They're coming back to the Crier on Saturday, Feb 25th so let's really get this place packed for that one.
You summed it up Reckless. Can not remember the last time I heard 5 Guitars, and it was an excellent slightly reworked version. I was blown away by Sioux City Gypsy, what a great new tune. Perhaps the first time they have played it? This is the fourth or fifth time we have seen them at the "Crier" and while the attendance has never been overwhelming, last night was just downright disappointing. With that said it was a very enthusiastic and appreciative crowd, and that was nice to see. As always it does not matter if there are 50 people or 500 (someday) people in the room they ALWAYS give it at least 100%.Nice to see you Reckless, (sorry the Mrs. was under the weather) and many other familiar faces. I enjoy doing merch just to be able to engage in conversation with folks, especially first timers who grab some CD's and say how great these guys are. Now if that would only translate into asses in the seats the next time...we shall see.
Well after this one I'm kicking myself for not seeing the past 8 or so shows in my radius :( But rock n roll never forgets and glad I chose this one to jump back in. Great meeting buckheart and good seeing you as always Reckless! For anyone on the fence, The Crier is a top-notch venue worthy of a long drive. Do it in February! Starting to really dig the newer stuff, and the new spins on old tunes. My pull came out really nice mixed with the board, should be up in a day or so. Would have been already but I "got on the bus" and hit the Narrows show last night! Good to be back.
I finally put a Yarn show up :P....I really love this venue and mixed with the board sounds fantastic. Thanks to the band for allowing us to share the love...enjoy:
reckless, please check out the version of Falling on this one. https://archive.org/details/yarn2016-09-15.spc4.hypers.flac16 . I could not wait to hear this one back after seeing the show. Best one I have heard for sure. Can't wait until I hear the next best one.
That was very good Bob. I'll have to do the side by side. I like how quiet the Crier one got.
earlbny, I'm on a campaign to pack this place on Feb 25th, a Saturday. It's no further travel for you than for me so get yer arse upstate a tad and see them at this awesome venue.
Well I dunno but the owner told me that on the hush it was on and then Blake announced it from the stage. It won't be a lock til it's a lock but I have my fingers crossed.
I can assure DrunkenAngel that if it does go down, I will personally bring at least 10 people.
I am going to really try and make this show. However I have my sisters wedding in February and vacation planned for that month as well. So as long as I am free and the weather is OK i'll be there.
