Easy Wind, a lot of options in the Newburgh area many right off of 84. Check Trip Advisor and see what strikes your fancy.

I'm really hoping to make this show. I really want to make 4/04 in Albany as well, but if budgetary concerns kick in, I will definitely opt for the Beacon show. Looks like I will be able to hang out with some Gathering of The Vibes "Boardie" cyber-friends.

As far as 4/4, I can't think of anyplace I'd rather be on my Birthday than seeing my favorite band!!!

I hope I can make both shows...

Anyone have any advice for tapers regarding the Town Crier?

Yes. There's a table in front that's near a structural support that we clamp to. We've called early to save that table and will again. You're welcome to join us...or just me if we don't hear from CD2go .

Yo CD, you and the missus gonna make this one?

Very nice surprise to recall that I have Friday off from work!

    Excellent!

Good show at the Towne Crier tonight. Nice tight show, there is a different sound with Bobby back, all GOOD. Whatever they play and whenever they play it is fine by me. Yarn can do no wrong.

Always a good time at the Crier and terrific sound. Not that I can prove it....my recording struck an error and closed down. Fortunately, CD2go and DJ taped so at some point, it'll go up. Nice to see everyone.

The show it self was short...coulda used a couple more but the playing was truly expert and Bobby infuses tremendous energy into the band. All smiles between him and Blake. I generally don't have much to say about the opening band but Driftwood was simply not on Yarn's level by any stretch. I only mention it because the Helpless that they joined Yarn for was basically a trainwreck.

Tell Blake that I told you that he should tell them that they should not join Yarn on stage!

Ouch! Strong opinions on the 'Wood ha! I kinda agree, they didn't move the needle much for me but seeing camaraderie between bands is nice. Band played well and looked very comfortable on stage. Not sure why the short set, maybe a noise curfew thing? The room was pretty full for a weekday, hopefully that means more Yarn bookings at one of the best venues around.

Nice seeing you again DJ, and Reckless thanks for the company and dinner--next show we've got you and the Mrs. covered!

    Was track 4 Dark Skies?
  9.
Yeah I guess it was Dark Skies wasn't it?

Now quit slackin' and post it!
  10.
Yeah, cd2go!!! What Reckless said! No slackin'!!!
