One of my favorite haunts when the venue was in Pawling; I'm actually going to the new location for the first time tomorrow for The Grand Slambovians. Super excited that Yarn is coming here! FYI: when you purchase tix you will be asked to pick a dinner reservation time--book the earliest slot you can in order to get the best seating possible. See y'all there!

Hey, that's my long weekend! Could be a "Lost Yarniac Weekend" for me...
  3.
Trying to get there by 6:00p.m.

Counting on you snag a decent table for taping cd2go. The venue says no taping but most of them have that as standard policy. See ya there.

    Well let's try this again.

    The Good:

Seeing Mr. and Mrs. cd2go and having them snag the front row center table for us.
The ride there and back was pleasantly uneventful.
The Towne Crier is an awesome club with excellent food, sight lines and sound.
    My recording came out beautifully.
    A nice crowd showed up.
The band played really fine...great energy.
The Lost Leaders warm up band was pretty good.

    The Bad:

Not much besides the yapping tables beside us.....the only ones talking in the entire place. Of course the band mostly won them over into shutting up.

I used the AT822 instead of the guns. Good choice as the vocals are nice and crisp. That rig does a terrific job up close.

I echo Reckless's review; I was pleasantly surprised to see how many turned out for this one on a Sunday night! This is one of my favorite venues and I hope they make it a frequent stop when they're up North. Enjoy!
