  1.
    Thanks John!
  2.
Man 343 downloads in two weeks. I wonder if it's due to Andrew's notoriety or John D's!

    Sounds terrific~

I am 4 songs in and this show smokes. I am so glad this show has 343 downloads and counting.
  3.
    433!
  4.
    780!

So how come Yarn shows don't draw those numbers? There's no comparing the bands~

That's the million dollar question? AHB does not even have albums or play all the time. Eitherway maybe it will help Yarn in the long run.

The archive counter clicks for a download, or one song streamed, or if someone listens to a song through an embedded player. For example, I have upped 13 Big Daddy Love shows to archive. They mostly range from 60-150 downloads. Someone put my High Rock Outfitter's show in an embedded player on their website and it has over 1100 downloads. The most downloaded show on archive is an O.A.R. show that they put on their website that played automatically when the page opened. The archive guys on taperssection say it no longer counts them that way, but I'm not so sure about that given my experience. My most downloaded Yarn show is the Catawba Valley Brewing show that they listed on the Yarn site for a while. It was just a link, but I'm guessing a lot of folks clicked it. So the download count is not a true measure of how many times the show has been downloaded. If I listen to a show/song from three different IP adresses every day, it will have over 1000 downloads in under a year.

Looks like the Red House website just has Zeppelin youtubes in their embedded player (?) so that is a bit curious. The other AHB shows top out around 250.

That said, what happened to our weekly email/facebook update, the Reckless Companion? They usually gave all the new archive shows and tapers a shout out.

Did anyone notice this little gem pop up?
    Full Band.
Crowd LOVED it. The sound guys never heard them before and they LOVED it.
More people dancing than for any other band the entire festy. Why wasn't I surprised?

Definitely worth a listen.. maybe a staff pick?

If anyone thinks these boys are living the dream: They rolled in at 5:30am after driving all night from Buffalo, played this show and rolled out the next morning at 6am for Wormtown. They stayed at my place and I had to go to a funeral all day. I was so busy helping at the festy prior to this that the only thing I left them to eat in my house at the time was cheese and pickles. Rock Stars. living the dream... Say a little prayer for them... these tour schedules are brutal and they are embarking on a new one.
Thanks JohnD for putting them on more people's radar screens.

yeah, I love the quote the taper left "Recorded way up front as the sound-field was strong and clean right in front of the stage"

Interesting to see the lehigh Valley getting some more music festivals outside musikfest. Doubtful it will make me move back to Allentown though.

I'll paste the set list into the comments section giving you credit of course!

Ach Jeff, Mer sott em sei Eegne net verlosse...
Allentown misses you! And Bethlehem has changed so much... Saw Leftover Salmon @ the Beth Steel site just last night. Not too shabby for the Lehigh Valley.
JohnD: I have no clue if this is staff pick "worthy" I really can't listen to them all to compare. It was a fun one and sounds good to me though!
