    All I can say for now is wow, wow, wow. These guys always bring it, but they brought a little more for the two shows in Great Barrington and Barto. The Landhaven Inn is a quaint, intimate venue with a surprisingly good sounding room. This tape turned out very well. I'll have it up ASAP. I'll probably end up doing this one first, as the show from the night before has some issues I may or may not be able to fix.

    Rod's solo stuff in 'Abilene' was particularly smokin'. The Carolina crew got another shout out. Met headzilla and many other folks who were interested in our beer/music travels. tangled, Trevor was there, but I only got audio, no video ;)

    * Neil Young cover

    I almost yelled out for DBMHA when they came back for the encore. Just as a joke, knowing that would give us another 15 or so minutes. Turns out I didn't need to. The owner asked Jeff to run the mics low and close to the front. The recording turned out amazingly well. We got there a little later than I wanted to. Luckily (in this case) live music is almost always late, so there was plenty of time to set up.

    I archived at festivals the two previous weekends and have a backlog of about 45 hours of music just from those. I will try to work these two Yarn shows in sooner rather than later.

    Was a great show, was great to meet Brouche and hoppedup. wish I'd strapped myself to the roof of their vehicle on the way north to Great Barrington and then back down to Barto.

    Sandi and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary.

    Had a great time, my wife fed the boys some beers and Blake a bottle of tequila.

    My buddy John got us seat upfront.

    Very eclectic venue same kind of charm as the Fountain House maybe a little less roadhouse, little more country store.

    I posted a low quality video(canon point and shoot) of Music's Only Outlaw/Walk on the Wild side medley on Yarn facebook page.

    Thinking about getting to the Fountain House on Saturday see if they've added any new antlers or snowmobile parts to the decor.

    Hey all,
    My first post on this site, although definitely not my first visit... And hoppedup you are right-- WOW. Thanks so much for capturing it... we are looking forward to hearing it again (and again) Blake and the boys were awesome, and way too nice to my kid, Arthur, who now has had his fifteen minutes of fame after Blake lead a chant of his name. Just caught them last night in Reading. They pulled out a new one and we were treated to some covers as well... Not that they need to cover anybody, but they sure do it damn well. At the Landhaven show my two under 16 Neil Young junkies really loved the way they did "One of these Days" Ready to get my kids fake id's so they can see them in bars...but the braces and lack of facial hair might give it away. The under 21 shows are too few and far between for them... can't get enough live Yarn. (Would this make me a Bad, bad, mom?) It was a really amazing evening. Looking forward to hearing it on the archive site. Hopefully I'll bump into you all at a show soon. Thanks again!

    I think it's kinda cool to see multiple sources show up. Maybe someday we'll be discussing this in the OTS (Official Tapers Secton) at a show.
