    Hey all! Can't wait to see this gig next Friday and was wondering who was going! This is a beautiful room with great sound. I gotta tell ya, though, its a blues music house. Most of the shows I've seen there are straight up national blues acts. I mean hardcore blues stuff. I'm a harmonica player who plays with local blues players and have played there a few times, both with bands, and for their open jam nights. I know Yarn fits the blues bill on many songs, but they definitely might get a few "huh?"s thrown in.

    The good news....the 7pm crowd goes in for the decent Cajun BBq food. Those that stick around later are there for the music. They listen, they dance, and they certainly appreciate good music. Knowledgeable music fans who respect a good band.

    On a selfish note, thank you, Yarn, for playing another show 10 minutes form my house! I've traveled plenty for this band, but like these hop, skip, and a jump shows!

    Its right in downtown Hartford, where all their bars are located around one central block. It s a safe area because of the sheer volume of people in the area on a Friday night to eat and drink. Big lot across the street.... $7-10 to park for the night. By far the best way to go.

    Gonna be another great night of Yarn!

    Looks like the Tous's's's's will be there. I don't think Andrew will, though. Pretty sure he's in Europe for a couple weeks.

    It's a strong maybe for me but yes, I believe Andrew will be away until the Burlington show on the 19th.

    Oh man, you guys are gonna have to have fun without me. I got sick this week and I'm coughing and hacking and weak. Just woke up in fact....might try to rebound tomorrow night in Albany. Bummed 'cause my buddy said the same great things about this venue that jgoods did.
